Vegan Thyme opened in 2015 when a vegan couple decided to fill a gap in Ventura County's dining scene by creating their own plant-based restaurant.
What started in a small Park Plaza space grew rapidly, especially during the pandemic, leading them to expand to a larger location nearby. They serve vibrant vegan dishes crafted from family recipes, and they're happy to work with you on special requests or dietary concerns for events and gatherings.
