Founded in 2020, they build their menu around locally sourced ingredients, offering breakfast burritos with your choice of proteins—brisket is the crowd favorite—alongside specialty sandwiches like their slow-smoked brisket, pastrami, and a crispy pickled chicken sandwich. They're open 7am–2pm most days, handling orders for pickup and dine-in service.
