Rabalais' Bistro serves New Orleans cuisine rooted in family recipes and chef creations, everything prepared from scratch using fresh local ingredients.
Since 2011, they've been operating in historic downtown Santa Paula with a focus on Cajun cooking and handcrafted cocktails. The restaurant channels Southern hospitality through their approach to both food and service, drawing on what they call home cooking with deep regional roots.
