Market Broiler is a seafood restaurant in Simi Valley with a recently renovated concept centered on fresh fish and seasonal ingredients.
Executive Chef Robin Higa leads the kitchen, crafting a dock-to-dish menu featuring premium seafood and produce alongside classic favorites and house-made desserts. The restaurant has expanded its bar with 16 draft beers, an elevated wine list, and updated cocktails. They offer daily happy hour (times vary by day), a private VIP dining room for events and larger parties, and takeout through their fish market counter. The space includes outdoor dining and polished casual service.
