Cisco's serves traditional Mexican cuisine in Thousand Oaks with roots going back to the late 1950s, when founder Samuel Wilson opened his first restaurant.
The family business carries on that heritage with dishes like crisp taquitos, enchiladas, tamales, and fresh-made guacamole. Beyond the dining room, they run a catering operation for parties and events, offering everything from fajitas to signature housemade sauces. The restaurant features a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with both indoor seating and a spacious patio set among gardens. They also serve weekend brunch, run daily happy hour specials, and feature Taco Tuesday deals.
