Chuy's Baja Grill has been serving Cali-Mex cuisine since 1982, starting in Carpinteria and now operating locations in Simi Valley and Bakersfield.
The menu features casual, playful fare—think baja sticks, nachos, shrimp skewers, tacos, and margaritas—in a welcoming atmosphere that works for families, game-watching, or live music nights. They run happy hour Monday to Friday from 2–6pm, handle catering and private events, and accept online orders for pickup.
