Beto's Italian Bistro serves traditional and eclectic Italian cuisine in Simi Valley, led by chef-owner Gilbert, who brings over 30 years of experience cooking authentic Italian food. The menu ranges from housemade soups and appetizers to pastas, risotto, and entrees, with all desserts made in-house. Their wine list features selections hard to find elsewhere locally. The cozy neighborhood spot works well for casual dinners or special occasions—they offer Monday dinner-for-two specials and have recently expanded their banquet room to accommodate private events and catering for groups up to 60 people.
